Does it work without a constant internet connection?
The restaurant POS keeps taking orders when the connection drops and syncs them when it is back. The front-office screens (reservations, check-in, folios) need a connection.
Can we take mobile money payments?
Yes. Staff record mobile-money payments as their own payment method at the till and on the guest folio.
Is the system available in Swahili?
Yes. Every screen has English and Swahili labels with a language toggle.
